Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The General Manager position is to lead the restaurant team. Duties and responsibilities include leading and living PRICE (Passion, Respect, Integrity, Courage, and Energy), enforcing human resources policies, managing daily operations, guarantee employee and guest satisfaction, and planning the use of materials to ensure maximum restaurant profitability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire, and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes. Final interview for new hires and final decision for terminations.
Develop and implement product marketing strategies including local store marketing.
Direct and coordinate restaurant’s financial and budget activities to fund operations and maximize restaurant profitability.
Oversee activities directly related to making products or providing services.
Develop management team.
Act as a constant coach challenging team to perform at highest levels.
Ensure 100% table visits by management at all times.
Maintain spotlessly clean and safe restaurant at all times.
Teach, train, and live the Operational Absolutes.
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Some college or college degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years restaurant management experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven planning abilities.
A positive approach to leadership skills.
Must be able to demonstrate hospitality on all levels.
