This week guests will be able to try a variety of seafood flavors from snapper to crab and shrimp, all infused with Joe’s signature style.

New menu items include:

• Snapper Pontchartrain – Perfectly blackened snapper smothered in mushroom Pontchartrain sauce and topped with grilled shrimp. Served with Joe’s rice and veggies.
• Seafood Enchiladas – Shrimp, crab and lots of cheesy, creamy goodness all wrapped up in corn tortillas. Served over a bed of black beans and rice. Muy delicioso!
• Crispy Snapper – Dusted with seasoned bread crumbs and cooked to golden‐brown. Served with fries and coleslaw.
• Blackened Shrimp BLT Sliders – Three toasted buns bursting with blackened shrimp and applewood smoked bacon. Stacked with fresh lettuce, tomato and remoulade sauce.
• Crab Cake Sliders – Three made‐from‐scratch crab cakes with lettuce and tomato, each on a toasted bun. Served with remoulade sauce.
